I am obsessive about the presentation of my client’s listings from staging the home, to persuasive messaging, to the art direction of digital, video, virtual, and printed media. I was a Creative Director for companies including Newsweek, NBC, and HBO before starting my real estate career in 2002. My work in media and design for both print and digital has been exhibited at The Smithsonian’s Cooper Hewitt Museum, The Museum of Arts and Design (MAD), and the Denver Art Museum. That experience informs a boutique approach to my client’s properties, which includes a higher level of presentation, communication, and persuasion. It helps them stand out and sell higher. When working with buyers, we manage the entire home search experience. Identifying and showing the best opportunities, advising on offers, negotiating the deal, managing due diligence, and closing on your new home.
